When you contact us through our website, Facebook, Instagram, email or phone, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, job address and information about the work you require.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange site visits, provide painting and decorating services, communicate about your project and maintain normal business records. If you do not provide the necessary contact or project information, we may be unable to respond or provide a quote.

Website chat

Our chat assistant provides automated answers to common questions. Your conversation stays in the current browser page unless you choose to send an enquiry. When you select “Send to Darryl”, your contact details, message and recent conversation are sent through FormSubmit to DG Painting’s email so we can respond. Please only include information relevant to your enquiry. Prices, booking dates and technical requirements need to be confirmed personally by Darryl.

How we protect and share it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. It may be accessible to authorised DG Painting team members and service providers that help us operate our website, email, social-media enquiries or business records. We do not sell your personal information. We only disclose it when reasonably necessary to provide our services or when required by law.

You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us a privacy question or raise a concern.
